Senior Center Paint Job!

A special "Thank you" goes out to the JZ Knight Humanities Foundation for giving us a grant to have the painting done.  Our building needed a some siding replaced, as well as some other work done before it could be painted.  The paint crew from W.E. Davis Co just finished painting the outside of the Senior Center of Rainier last Friday.  Our building looks as good as new!

  1. The Center looks "Better than new!" I was there when we bought the building for a dollar back in the late 1970's. Workers moved that old schoolhouse on rollers to the piece of donated land it is on now and started working on it to become the new senior center. I remember there were bees and lots of honey inside the walls.Rick, Editor, Senior News
